NYIAS: Toyota Unveils the 2015 Camry with Many Improvements

Well bring out the prized ham, and swing by the store for a bottle of wine: we have a new family member to welcome. The 2015 Toyota Camry has been unveiled at the New York International Auto Show, along with enough digital images to show off its every surface and detail that we wouldn’t be surprised to get a tour of its muffler.

This is clearly a huge deal for Toyota who is fighting tooth and nail with a slew of competitors to offer the hippest, sportiest, and Bluetoothiest family sedan in America. To that end the fight is getting real: the side mirrors—side mirrors!—have been optimized to reduce wind turbulence, which was formerly only a concern for airplane travelers over Milwaukee. Toyota doesn’t want those peninsulas of vision interfering with your ability to hear Facebook messages read to you over the audio system, so the mirrors are getting the silent treatment.

You can read more about the highly scrutinized set of revisions in store for the 2015 Toyota Camry at Motor Trend.
