It’s been a while since we last featured a dog from local rescue group Saving Grace NC, but our dog of the month for July is quite a cutie, as they all are. From Saving Grace:
“Tiara is a gorgeous German Shepherd girl with a lovely temperament. She is about 1-2 years old and weighs about 40 lbs. She needs to gain a little weight after giving birth to pups and feeding them. They are now weaned and she is so ready to begin having wonderful adventures. Tiara is a very smart dog; she will be a very quick learner.
“Tiara enjoys all outdoor activities and would love daily walks or hikes. She is good with dogs and all people. She enjoys exploring at the farm and would also enjoy hanging out in the yard to watch the birds or help you in the garden. Tiara is a majestic looking girl – very regal for sure. She came into the program with her pups from a rural shelter.
“Her pups are weaned and while she enjoyed being a nurturing mom, she is ready to find her own forever family to settle down with. Tiara is available for an adoption fee of $300 and is spayed, heartworm tested, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on all vaccines, and on flea and heart worm prevention.”
If you are interested in Tiara, or perhaps another dog at Saving Grace, you can contact them on their website. Saving Grace is located right here in Raleigh, and the furry faces there would love for you to come by. Plus, the dogs would, too. Saving Grace gives a lot of love and training to dogs before placing them on the ready-to-adopt list, and we’re sure that you’ll see how amply they’ve prepared Tiara to find a good home.
